Billing & Plans

EstateOps uses Stripe for secure payment processing. All plans are billed monthly or annually, with annual plans offering a discount equivalent to two months free.

Plans

  • Residence (£69/mo) — 2 properties, 10 members each, 100 assets each.
  • Estate (£179/mo) — 10 properties, 25 members each, unlimited assets.
  • Portfolio (£449/mo) — Unlimited properties, members, and assets. SSO, custom integrations, dedicated account manager.

Subscribing

Visit Billing & Plans from your dashboard to select a plan. You'll be redirected to a secure Stripe Checkout page to enter your payment details. After successful payment, your account is upgraded immediately.

Managing Your Subscription

Click "Manage Billing" on the billing page to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:

  • Update your payment method
  • View invoice history
  • Switch between monthly and annual billing
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • Cancel your subscription

Cancellation

When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your subscription ends. Your data is preserved — you can resubscribe at any time to regain full access.

Invoices & Receipts

All invoices are available through the Stripe Customer Portal. Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle and sent to your registered email address.
